About the Author

Trevis L. Gleason is an award-winning writer and culinarian. He is Cathaoirleach of the Corca Dhuibhne Food Network and Ambassador of the Blas na hEireann Irish Food Awards. He has been published in The Irish Times, Irish Examiner, Irish Independent, The Lancet and The New England Journal of Medicine, among others. His previous works include Chef Interrupted, Dingle Dinners, Burren Dinners: From the Chefs and Artisan Food Producers of North Clare and Living Well with Multiple Sclerosis.
Gleason lives in the west of County Kerry with his wife Caryn and their Wheaten Terriers, Aurelia and Cece.
